Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
  • Deliver professional responsibilities focusing on excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise less experienced professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues via phone, online chat, or text.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments.
  • Provide technical and non-technical customer support in a walk-in service center.

Job Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of Individual Contributor co-workers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in call center-based customer support and issue resolution.
