Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
  • Provide technical and non-technical customer support via phone, online chat, or text.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments related to specific customer orders.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues in a call center environment.
  • Supervise less experienced professionals and provide professional expertise.
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to set principles.

Job Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry practices and processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in managing and overseeing the implementation of short-term activities.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
