To qualify for this role, you need a minimum of 5 years of overall experience with at least 2 years of proven work experience as a team leader in a BPO organization. You should be able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs, and have knowledge of the industry's best practices and trends for team management. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada, strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent analytical and decision-making acumen.
