Our mission is to bring authentic, high-quality products to customers while empowering artisans and driving innovation in e-commerce.  Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and dynamic Team Leader to oversee operations at our Jaipur management office. The ideal candidate will lead and inspire a team of at least 10 members, provide mentorship and training, ensure workflow efficiency, and confidently manage high-value (high-ticket) customers to deliver an exceptional experience.  Key Responsibilities: - Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of 10+ members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.  - Plan, delegate, and monitor tasks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.  - Provide training and skill development to team members, promoting continuous learning.  - Coordinate between design, marketing, operations, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.  - Handle and nurture high-ticket customer relationships, ensuring premium service and satisfaction.  - Monitor KPIs and provide constructive feedback for team performance improvement.  - Ensure adherence to company policies, deadlines, and quality standards.  - Prepare operational reports and share updates with senior management.  - Foster a positive, motivating, and collaborative work environment.  Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).  - Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory/team leader role (e-commerce or retail experience is a plus).  - Proven track record of managing teams of 10 or more members.  - Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.  - Ability to maintain rapport with high-value customers and resolve escalated issues effectively.  - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.  - Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.  What We Offer: - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.  - Opportunities for career growth in a rapidly scaling brand.  - A creative, collaborative, and opportunity-driven work environment.  - Exposure to managing both internal teams and premium client relationships.
