We are looking for a skilled Team Leader Operations / International with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED, located in the BPO / Call Centre industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.
Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
