Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team in an international setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO/Call Centre operations and 11-12 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve their goals.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader in a BPO/Call Centre environment.
  • Strong knowledge of operational management and leadership principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with international teams and clients is preferred.
