Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team in an international setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO/Call Centre operations and 11-12 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve their goals.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader in a BPO/Call Centre environment.
Strong knowledge of operational management and leadership principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience working with international teams and clients is preferred.
