Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mira Bhayandar for the position of Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of employees, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. The role includes coordinating with other departments, providing training and support to team members, and reporting on performance metrics. The Team Leader will also work towards continuously improving processes and fostering a positive work environment.
