Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Sikkim, India. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines, and maintaining high productivity levels. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day performance, training, mentoring team members, monitoring KPI achievements, and implementing strategies to enhance team efficiency. This role also requires coordination with other departments to streamline processes and achieve organizational objectives.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide team members effectively.
  • Proficiency in sales management, target setting, and performance monitoring for achieving business goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with an ability to resolve issues promptly.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to collaborate across teams and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage resources effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Relevant experience in sales or team management is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with tools and software for sales performance tracking and reporting is beneficial.
