Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our team as a Team Leader in our Tax Audit /Statutory Audit department. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent CA graduate to lead a team and gain valuable experience in tax audits, statutory audits, working with diverse industries including listed clients. Key Responsibilities: Independently handling Tax Audit /Statutory Audit of Corporates. Draw up Audit Plan, manage execution and conduct review of audit assignments Drafting of Audit reports, Form 3CA 3CD, audit observations and interaction with clients Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure timely completion of audits. Establish and implement best audit management practices Build and maintain sustainable client relationships Appraisal of Internal financial controls (IFC), Process Walkthroughs and Risk Control Matrix Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions. Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher. Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards & tax laws. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software tools. Salary: As per industry standards
