· Lead, Coach and support the Champion Partner team for all activities.
· Coordinating with the field sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to Field Sales Team.
· Program lead for the Champion Partner Incentive program and qualification process for new and existing partners. ie selection, coach, train , review performance and decide targets /schemes –review same for incentives .
· Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material for partners and sales team.
· Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested, also support the customer service call number.
· Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports for monthly analysis by distributor/RSM/ASM/BDM/BDE by product.
· Responsible for the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, maintain SOP and Turnaround timelines.
· Achieving Sales sale revenue collections as per target month on month.
· Inform Channel of unforeseen delays or problems thru proper channels.
· Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements for team members, ability to work across RSMS/ASM/BDE cordially .
· Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
· Ensure adherence to laws and policies of Champion.
· Fulfillment of direct instructions of the management.
Candidate Desirables:
· Typically, 10+ years hands on experience in Industrial (B2B) sales/ Business development with a Manufacturing Company.
· Experience and knowledge of industrial gaskets/sealing products will be an advantage but not mandatory. Also, the average tenure of jobs of the entire experience should be >3years to demonstrate any end to end achievement.
· Technical Qualified degree preferably with a Mechanical/Electrical/ Metallurgy /Production engineering from a premier engineering college.
· Marketing Degree In general management or marketing will be an added advantage.
· Knowledge of Channel Partner Management i.e. policies/Schemes is must .
· Impressive personality with good written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate across the organization.
· Fluent in local language (preferable Gujarati) and English.
· Experience in finance related matters, setting budgets and reporting along with sound computer usage ie MS Office –PowerPoint, Excel, Word, pdf to do own analysis, Critical Schemes and Product Introduction offers.
· Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills with Distributors .
· A willingness to travel when needed as per business/Market needs.
· This role is People Leader role and will also be directly responsible for some strategic channel partner due to size .
