Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi for a Team Leader - HR Operations. The Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth processes, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, analyzing performance metrics, implementing efficient workflows, and leading a team of HR professionals. The role also requires developing and maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications: Should have excellent working experience on Advance excel

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of HR operations staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, etc.
• Oversee HR systems (HRIS) ensuring data integrity and proper record-keeping.
• Collaborate with payroll, finance, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless HR service integration.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Manage employee documentation and ensure proper filing of employment contracts, appraisals, and other records.
• Handle employee queries/escalations related to HR operations with professionalism and timely resolution.
