Job Description

You are urgently hiring a Team Leader for Outbound Sales at the Noida sector 63 Location. The desired candidate should be a graduate with good communication skills and at least 1 year of experience as a Process Trainer in BPO Outbound sales. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for hands-on experience in team management and key performance indicators such as AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, and Rostering. BPO experience is mandatory, and you should have a proven track record of managing teams and improving performance metrics. This role requires you to work from the office in US Shifts, 5 days a week.
