Job Summary: We are hiring a Team Lead to manage and drive a telesales team focused on Personal Loans and Overdraft Products. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead, with prior hands-on experience in telesales. This is a full-time sitting job at our Noida office. Key Responsibilities: Lead a telesales team responsible for calling and converting personal loan/overdraft leads Train, mentor, and monitor team members to improve performance and sales quality Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Monitor real-time performance metrics and call quality Handle escalated customer issues and complex queries Maintain MIS reports and submit daily updates to management Coordinate with internal departments (operations, credit, backend) for seamless processing Drive motivation, accountability, and performance within the team Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in telesales (financial services preferred) Strong knowledge of personal loan and overdraft products Proven track record of team target achievement Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure and guide a target-driven team Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel reporting Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) Job Type: Full-Time (Sitting Job) Location: Sector 6, Noida Compensation & Benefits: Fixed Salary (based on experience & industry standards) Attractive Incentive Plan based on team performance Monthly bonuses and recognition programs Professional and supportive work environment Career advancement opportunities
