Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive and mentor our field sales executives working on the IndiaMART sales process. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in sales leadership who is ready to inspire a team, deliver results, and create an impact while working with one of India’s most respected B2B brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Plan, monitor, and drive daily sales activities, client meetings, and field visits.
  • Coach team members on sales techniques, client engagement, and closing strategies.
  • Ensure timely reporting of team performance, targets, and achievements to management.
  • Actively participate in client meetings and support team members in key closures.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction across assigned portfolios.
  • Review CRM updates, reports, and pipeline management to maintain accuracy.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and implement corrective measures where required.
  • Facilitate training sessions and ensure ongoing skill development for the team.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience as a Sales Team Leader (preferably in field sales/B2B).
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Must own a two-wheeler, valid RC, Driving License, and an Android smartphone.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
