Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through direct sales, insurance sales, channel sales, lead generation, and outbound sales.
Develop and implement effective strategies for generating leads and converting them into paying customers.
Provide training and coaching to team members on telesales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., inside sales) to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have experienced into B2C Direct sales, from BFSI background only.
5-10 years of experience in B2C Sales or related field with expertise in Direct Sales, Insurance Sales, Channel Sales, Lead Generation, Revenue Generation.
Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong understanding of financial services industry products/services; ability to communicate complex concepts simply.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards common goals.
