Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Credit Card Executives/Agents.
Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and team coaching.
Allocate leads, monitor productivity, and ensure efficient task distribution.
Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and systems.

2. Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly and quarterly credit card acquisition targets.
Drive sales through field activities, telecalling, digital leads, and channel partners.
Track conversion ratios and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Ensure high-quality sourcing aligned with bank/NBFC policy.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in credit card sales or similar BFSI role.
Prior team-leading experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
