Role Overview:

The Team Leader – Business Development will lead a team of BDMs to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. The individual must have hands-on experience in the IT/services industry and demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, and a passion for achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of business development managers to meet sales and revenue targets.

• Identify new business opportunities in IT infrastructure, services, and solutions.

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Conduct regular team reviews and ensure individual accountability for business outcomes.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, and finance) for end-to-end deal management.

• Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to management.

• Drive a performance-driven, collaborative, and learning-oriented team culture.

Desired Profile:

• Graduate / MBA with 6–10 years of experience in IT or services sales.

• Proven experience in team handling and business generation.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and managed services domain.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Result-oriented, energetic, and capable of motivating teams.
