Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Training to join our team at Lenskart Solutions Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in training and development, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct regular training sessions to ensure continuous learning and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to support their professional development.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Lead Trainer or similar role, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with training software and technologies, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
