Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives.
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to service standards.
  • Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days working

    with

    1 rotational week off

  • Rotational day shifts

    (9-hour shift between

    9 AM to 9 PM

    )

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a team lead role within customer service.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in handling domestic premium campaigns is preferred.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
