Team Lead – Tele Sales

Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead, train, and manage

    a team of telecallers to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies

    to increase conversions and revenue.

  • Monitor team performance

    through KPIs and provide coaching for improvement.

  • Make outbound sales calls

    to potential clients, explain services, and close deals.

  • Maintain CRM records

    and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

  • Handle escalations

    and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams

    to refine sales scripts and campaigns.

  • Identify new business opportunities

    and potential partnerships.

  • Provide regular sales reports

    to management with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Requirements:


  • 2-5 years of experience

    in tele sales, preferably in digital marketing or beauty industry.

  • Proven track record

    of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in team leadership

    and sales coaching.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


  • Strong understanding of CRM tools

    and sales tracking systems.

  • Ability to motivate and drive a team

    towards performance excellence.

  • Fluency in Hindi and English

    (additional regional languages are a plus).
