Job Description

The Team Lead at PropEdge Realty will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and motivating the sales/business development team to achieve their targets. You will ensure smooth execution of sales strategies, drive team performance, and contribute to expanding our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach & mentor BDEs and sales associates.
  • Set sales targets & monitor performance.
  • Design & implement sales strategies.
  • Assist with lead gen, client meetings & deal closures.
  • Conduct training to boost team skills.
  • Analyze data & report to senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing & ops for campaigns.
  • Resolve client & team issues promptly.
  • Stay current on market trends & competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or related (preferred).
  • Proven real estate sales / biz-dev experience.
  • Prior team leadership background.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
  • CRM & MS Office proficiency.
  • Strategic, goal-oriented mindset.
