We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our IT staffing division. If you have a proven track record in team management and a strong background in IT staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview:

As a Team Lead for IT Staffing & C2H Staffing, you will oversee a team of recruitment professionals, manage client relationships, and drive the recruitment process to meet our staffing goals. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team delivers high-quality candidates and maintains strong relationships with clients while meeting the company’s recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:

    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and ensuring the team meets its recruitment targets.
  • Recruitment Strategy:

    Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for IT staffing and C2H positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Client Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement:

    Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Tracking:

    Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring that key metrics are met and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Market Analysis:

    Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and strategies.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    Minimum 5 years of experience in IT staffing and C2H staffing, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Skills:

    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge:

    In-depth understanding of IT recruitment processes, C2H staffing, and the IT job market.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
