Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead – IT Recruitment with 8–12 years of experience in end-to-end technical hiring. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to IT recruitment, manage a small team of sourcers, engage with stakeholders, provide strategic advisory, and excel in reporting and analytics using MS Excel. Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent. Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Team Management Lead and mentor a team of 1–2 recruiters, sourcers, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Stakeholder Engagement Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on recruitment progress and market trends. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using MS Excel. Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. Advisory & Strategy Advise on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence. Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives. Qualifications Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. 8–12 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team lead role. Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment in a technology environment. Strong proficiency in creating and delivering presentations and MS Excel for reporting and analytics. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in stakeholder management and providing strategic recruitment advisory. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Knowledge of current market trends in IT recruitment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
