The role

We re looking for someone to

build the systems that shape our people

from hiring to growth to performance to pay.

You ll own all the big, meaty, strategic stuff like:

What should great talent look like at TWT

How do we hire the right weirdos

What does a good manager look like here (besides being kind and actually doing their 1:1s)

How do we design org structures that aren t made for PowerPoint but
actually
work

How do we talk about performance, promotions and pay without everyone groaning

This isn t a write a policy and bounce job. This is a design, test, roll-up-sleeves, fix, re-test, roll-out, scale kind of job.

You ll work closely with the Founders, CXOs and the leadership team to build the human backbone of our rocketship.

You ll thrive here if you

Have 5 8 years of experience in HR Strategy/COE roles or HR Consulting

Have a top-tier MBA (or skills/ experience that competes with the best)

Think like a business leader, build like a product designer

Care deeply about people- Like really curious to understand people- their lives, stories what gets the best out of them

Can think first principles. And challenge everything that is done as HR best practices in the world
