Team Lead - Recruitment

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Team Lead IT Recruitment professional to join our dynamic recruitment team at AceSoft Labs. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring , a strong track record of working with product-based clients , and a flair for account management . Exposure to VLSI and Embedded Systems hiring will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle , specifically for C2H roles , across multiple IT domains. Handle recruitment mandates for product-based clients and drive high-quality hiring pipelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Work on VLSI & Embedded Systems roles (added advantage). Utilize AI-powered sourcing tools , LinkedIn Recruiter , job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), and internal databases to source top talent. Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Excel for candidate tracking, reporting, and analytics. Handle client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for escalations and requirement clarifications. Required Skills & Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment with at least 2 years in a team handling/lead role. Strong expertise in C2H hiring model . Prior experience recruiting for product-based companies is a must. Exposure to VLSI/Embedded hiring is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with AI-based recruitment tools , ATS , and Excel . Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter , Naukri , Monster , and other top job boards. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
