Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of B2B health insurance sales executives
  • Drive the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Plan and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer service
  • Prepare and present reports on sales activities and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 5 years

    of overall experience in health insurance sales
  • Minimum 1 year

    of experience in a

    team leading

    role (preferably B2B)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a target-driven environment
  • Knowledge of health insurance products and market trends is essential
