Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

  • Minimum 1 Year on paper Team leader experience.
  • * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as attrition, shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, and AHT to identify areas for improvement.
  • * Develop and implement strategies to reduce attrition rates and improve overall team performance.
  • * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution

  • Open to work in day shift / 6 days working 1 week off(rotational)
