We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead Real Estate Sales to manage sales operations and channel partner networks for premium residential and commercial projects in Gurgaon. The role involves leading a sales team, driving large-ticket closures, building and maintaining channel partner relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of site operations. The ideal candidate brings real estate sales experience with strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder handling skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a sales team, providing mentoring, training, and performance guidance. Drive site sales operations and ensure achievement of booking targets. Build and execute channel partner sales strategies to maximize reach and conversions. Negotiate and close high-value deals with HNI and Ultra HNI clients. Coordinate with developers, marketing, and presales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. Establish and monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and reporting processes. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including channel partners, clients, and corporate brands. Continuously analyze market trends and recommend strategies for business growth.

Job Requirements:

Experience in residential and commercial real estate sales. Proven success in channel partner-driven sales and large-ticket closures. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and delegating responsibilities. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to critically analyze sales data, proposals, and customer needs. Exposure to stakeholder management and brand partnerships. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment.
