Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the sales team.
  • Allocate daily targets for calls, follow-ups, showroom visits, and bookings.
  • Monitor lead funnel in CRM and ensure timely follow-up of all enquiries.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion ratios.
  • Guide the team on product knowledge, sales pitch, finance options, and offers.
  • Handle escalated customer queries related to pricing, finance, or delivery.
  • Coordinate with finance, documentation, and delivery team to ensure smooth handover of vehicles.
  • Track and report daily/weekly sales performance to Sales Manager/Head.
  • Conduct team training, motivation, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure showroom display standards and branding activities are maintained.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Any Graduate / Diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in automobile two-wheeler
  • Experience in handling a sales team is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel / MIS
