Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in Gurgaon. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, setting goals, and providing training and guidance. They will also be responsible for ensuring project timelines are met, handling client communications, and facilitating problem solving and decision-making within the team.

• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
