About the Role

Team Leader Operations

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Customer Support Executives handling
domestic ecommerce operations
.
Drive performance by monitoring and analyzing
metrics
such as:

AHT (Average Handling Time)
Shrinkage
SLA (Service Level Agreement) adherence

Ensure team members meet or exceed sales and service targets.
Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
Handle escalations effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Create and implement action plans to improve process efficiency and overall team performance.
Collaborate with management to align business goals and customer requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 4 years BPO experience
, with at least
1 year as a Team Leader (on paper)
.
Ecommerce process experience is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
no compromise.
Strong sales exposure and ability to drive revenue through team performance.
Proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate teams.
Strong knowledge of
BPO metrics & calculation
(AHT, Shrinkage, SLA, etc.).
Willingness to work from office and join immediately.
