Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead a team of telesales agents to achieve daily targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

Proven track record in team handling, team leading, or team management roles.
Strong understanding of outbound sales principles and techniques.
Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate teams.
