Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

eam Management:

Supervise, train, and motivate a team of tele-collection executives.
Allocate daily call targets and monitor productivity.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Collections & Recovery:

Ensure timely follow-up and recovery of overdue payments from customers.
Track and report on team collection performance against targets.
Handle escalated customer cases and ensure satisfactory resolution.

Process Adherence:

Ensure compliance with RBI and company guidelines in all customer interactions.
Monitor call quality and adherence to scripts, tone, and collection process.
Maintain accurate documentation and MIS reports for daily, weekly, and monthly performance.

Customer Handling:

Address customer queries and disputes professionally.
Negotiate settlements or payment plans as per company policies.

Performance Reporting:

Share daily/weekly MIS with management.
Highlight potential risks, trends, and delinquency patterns.

Preferred candidate profile:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of collection processes and systems.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.
Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
35 years of experience in tele-collections or recovery, with at least 1–2 years in a team leader role.
Experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred.
