Job Summary:

Team Leader Telesales Unit

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, motivate, and monitor a team of telesales agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement telesales strategies and objectives.
Ensure that the number of unqualified leads remains below 3%.
Plan and execute telesales projects, including workshops, sales campaigns, and performance reviews.
Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Sales Managers and Product Teams to coordinate calling programs and lead lists.
Monitor and enhance team productivity through efficient process execution and technology utilization.
Conduct call monitoring, feedback sessions, and coaching to improve performance.
Recruit, train, and certify telesales agents for multiple product campaigns.
Design and revise telesales scripts and sales approaches for improved conversion.
Analyze sales data, identify performance gaps, and implement improvement measures.
Handle team scheduling, performance appraisals, and daily operational decisions.
Resolve internal issues and ensure smooth coordination with other departments.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum
4 years of experience in telesales team lead
(Team lead experience is mandatory )
Strong sales and customer focus with excellent people management skills.
Good understanding of sales operations, metrics, and productivity tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office tools.
Creative, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
