We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Staffing Specialist who specializes in business development and talent acquisition at our Mangalore office. Salary: Upto 6 LPA + Incentives

Experience: 3+ years of B2B Sales experience

Qualifications: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Language: Kannada & English

Mode: Work from office, Day Shift

Preferred: B2B sales Experienced

Location : Mangalore

  • Business Development:

    Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs, business objectives, and industry dynamics. Actively pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment sector.
  • Profile Mapping & Sourcing:

    Employ diverse sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates. Map candidates to client requirements, ensuring an optimal fit for both parties.
  • Recruitment Process Management:

    Oversee the entire recruitment processfrom crafting job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers to conducting interviews.
  • Data Analytics:

    Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to assess process efficiency and effectiveness, making data-driven improvements to recruitment strategies.
  • Client Relations:

    Deliver outstanding client service by providing insights and updates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with client expectations and needs

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (B2B sales)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in recruitment or staffing, with a strong emphasis on business development within the HR sector.
  • Excellent communication in English, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and candidates alike.
  • Proven track record of successful placements, with a deep understanding of multiple industries and positions.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Preferred Skills, In-depth knowledge of contemporary recruitment trends and practices to attract top tier talent.
