Opening for Regional HR Manager post for Bangalore location

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end hiring for operations, traffic, warehouse, drivers, and corporate roles.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Execute bulk hiring, campus hiring, and vendor coordination.

2. Employee Onboarding & Induction

• Develop and manage onboarding processes for new joiners.
• Ensure timely documentation, background verification, and system creation.

3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance

• Monitor attendance, leaves, and biometric records across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for monthly salary inputs.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, Labour laws, etc.

4. HR Policies & SOP Implementation

• Draft, update, and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs across all branches and warehouses.

5. Performance Management

• Drive performance appraisal cycle.
• Set KRAs/KPIs for operations, traffic, warehouse, and support staff.
• Improve productivity and reduce manpower-related issues.

6. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

• Establish strong communication channels with employees.
• Resolve grievances related to attendance, salary, leave, discipline, etc.
• Conduct counselling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolutions.

7. Training & Development

• Identify training needs for operations, warehouse, and traffic teams.
• Conduct soft skills, compliance, safety, and process training sessions.

8. Administration & Coordination

• Oversee branch HR operations, travel coordination, and admin tasks when required.
• Maintain employee files, HRMS data, and statutory records.

9. Exit Management

• Manage resignation, FnF, documentation, and exit interviews.
• Identify reasons for attrition and drive retention strategies.
