By 2021, we expanded to 100 franchisees across Kerala and introduced Car Shoppe services. In 2023, we grew to over 150 franchisees nationwide and launched our own branded car care products. Role: Team Lead Location: Kerala, India Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site) Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Lead to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure top-quality service delivery. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and support a team of field and support staff Schedule daily operations and manage shift rosters Conduct performance evaluations and regular feedback sessions Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently Ensure strict adherence to quality and service standards Train and mentor new and existing team members Report to senior management with progress updates and issues Collaborate closely with sales and telecalling teams to meet targets Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales Managerial or team-leading experience required Basic telecalling experience is a strong plus Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Experience in scheduling, operations, and performance management Knowledge of automotive care or services industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field
