Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and support a team of field and support staff
• Schedule daily operations and manage shift rosters
• Conduct performance evaluations and regular feedback sessions
• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently
• Ensure strict adherence to quality and service standards
• Train and mentor new and existing team members
• Report to senior management with progress updates and issues
• Collaborate closely with sales and telecalling teams to meet targets

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales

• Managerial or team-leading experience required

• Basic telecalling experience is a strong plus

• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

• Experience in scheduling, operations, and performance management

• Knowledge of automotive care or services industry is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field
