Role Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Attingal . You will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. A key part of this role involves content creation across multiple platforms, from social media to blogs and ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital storytelling and data-driven marketing. Key Responsibilities Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, etc.) Create engaging, high-quality content for social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, website pages, and ads Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) Optimize content and campaign performance based on data and trends Manage and grow the brand’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation Coordinate with franchise partners and internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals Required Qualifications Proven experience in Digital Marketing , Social Media Marketing , and Online Advertising Hands-on experience with content creation , including social media graphics, ad copy, blog posts, and email marketing Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and be present on-site in Attingal Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications , or a related field preferred Prior experience in a digital marketing or content creation role is highly desirable
