3-5 years relevant experience.
1.5+ years on-paper TL experience

E-commerce process experience preferred for Escalation Team Leader.
B2B Sales experience preferred for Sales Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to achieve KPIs.
Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Handle customer/process escalations with ownership.
Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
Monitor key metrics:
