Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage end-to-end master data services across supply chain. Lead a team of master data experts to deliver the implementation of master data Operations. Efficient and high quality handling of Global Master Data related tasks in compliance with established. Processes to build and maintain a global enterprise data structure
  • Develop & formalize proactive master data integrity checks to ensure high quality deliverables. Establish, monitor and report KPIs & take proactive action for improvements on C-Satand other feedback mechanism. Manage the Service Level Agreements with various customer stakeholder groups.
    • Ensure exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes, key events, etc. Set up and perform complex local & global master data set up & establish process, guidelines, business matrix and SLA time lines in in GxP environment in adherence to Sandoz compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Business, System Landscape & Processes, with experience in Data Stewardship & Ownership Identify and resolves operational issues, clearly articulate potential recommendations / solutions to all stakeholders.
  • Be proactive in planning; anticipating change and acting in accordance; drive meticulous implementation of team goals and metrics. Collaborate with the Leads and other locations to support and ensure the flexible coordination of activities to deliver according to expectations (time and quality). Performance management with constructive feedback and focus on talent development. Conduct performance appraisal, Groom and develop talent, implements succession planning and mentor associates for higher responsibilities.
  • Ensure adherence to the established quality processes, which includes 100 % compliant to training completion for self and associates, proactive CAPA updation and preparation for audit. Drive innovation and entrepreneurial mind set to ensure team members are fully stimulated, challenged and engaged on delivering high quality work. Provide guidance and sets standards of function]nal excellence in methodologies, processes and SOPs to enable enhancement of Master data operations
  • Understanding of Product and lifecycle events. Hands on experience in working on various Product supply network and understanding of impact of master data on product lifecycle stages. Excellent analytical & communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Facilitate the setup and maintenance of Global & Local Master Data. Requires heavy interaction and coordination across Global business units and diverse cultures. Focus on developing functional understanding in Supply Chain, Data Quality and other domains.
  • By analyzing the basic requirements, maintaining the attributes in the systems, and ensuring that all the data included in the system are reliable and from the right sources, ensure that the integrity and quality of site master data is established.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert in the assigned area of work performing process streamlining, simplification & harmonization. Support product quality compliance & regulatory workflows, e.g. technical complaints, technical deviations, change control management. Proactively report all deviations through timely escalations & ensure implementation of relevant CAPAs and performance improvements. Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects to achieve operational excellence and enhance quality & productivity. Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, HSE (including record management).

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate, MBA in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Engineering / Commerce / Economics
  • Minimum 12 years of overall experience in Master Data Operations in Supply Chain Management is preferred. User experience of Change Control system (e.g. SAP) as well as experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry are an advantage.
