Team Lead- Loan Marketplace- HomeLoan/LAP

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Team and performance Management

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team handling of approximately 12 agents for Affordable

Housing and Micro Lap

• Drive team performance to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan disbursement and

revenue targets

• Monitor individual and team productivity, focusing on quality of client interactions and loan

conversion rates.

Training and coaching

• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance skills

and productivity.

• Well groomed on legal and Technical aspects of Property and able to coach the team on

same

Escalation handling

• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Loan process management

• Oversee end-to-end loan processing activities ensuring timely and accurate loan approvals,

documentation, and disbursal in compliance with company policies and regulatory

guidelines.

• Implement and enforce risk management practices to minimize defaults and maintain

portfolio quality.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with credit, compliance, teams to ensure smooth loan lifecycle management.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate

business growth and operational efficiency.

Data Management

• Analyze loan data and generate regular reports on team performance, portfolio health, and

market trends for senior management.
