Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, specifically in General Insurance (SME / API/SQL). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and driving business growth. As a Team Lead, you will manage a team of professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of professionals in General Insurance (SME / API/SQL) projects.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on API/SQL technologies.
Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, preferably in General Insurance (SME / API/SQL).
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing a team of professionals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and technical skills, with expertise in API/SQL technologies.
Experience working with SMEs and understanding their business needs is an added advantage.
