Job Description

Team Leader - Data Insights


Responsibilities

  • Data cleansing and maintenance:

    Use MS Excel applications to check and improve the accuracy of data within Environmental Product Information Centre (EPIC) database.

  • To provide support to the Account Managers

    in the calculation of the packaging, WEEE and Batteries waste submissions.

  • Team Management:

    Ensuring Team Engagement: Foster a supportive and inclusive environment to keep team members motivated and engaged. Initiate team-building activities and regular check-ins to address concerns and boost morale.

  • Supporting Team Members' Development:

    Identify and support the growth of your team members through continuous learning opportunities. Help them set and achieve career goals, providing mentorship and guidance where necessary,
  • Feedback to Team Members and having difficult conversations when needed.

  • Conducting Regular Audits,

    Providing Audit Reports and documentation.

  • Maintain Data Integrity & Confidentiality

    , Building Relationships, Timely Issue Reporting, SOP Adherence.

  • New Starters:

    Onboarding, training & Support


Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Any Graduate with Excellent Command on MS Excel.

  • Excellent - Written and Verbal Command on English

  • Hands on experience in Data Visualization and Data Cleansing.

  • Team Handling experience preferred.

  • Preferred 4-6 Years of experience in Data Management or Data Cleansing
