About The Position:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our team and act as the strategic bridge between senior leadership and operational staff. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to optimize workflows for efficiency and growth.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: ₹5.5 – ₹6.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Executives to meet departmental goals.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and resolve team conflicts when needed.

Strategic Communication

  • Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership and operational teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow across all levels of the organization and across departments.

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure timely task completion and high-quality standards.
  • Implement fair workload distribution and monitor team productivity.

Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall workflow efficiency.

Problem Solving & Decision-Making

  • Address operational challenges proactively with effective, practical solutions.


Experience and Skills:

  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in operations management
  • Proven track record in team leadership and people management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good basic computer operating skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments


Preferred Background:

  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or B2B sales environments


Additional Requirements:

  • Language Fluency: English and Hindi (essential)
