Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead – Business Development to oversee and guide our BD team. This role involves managing daily client interactions, converting leads, ensuring high-quality customer experience, and leading and developing a team of Business Development Executives.

Key Responsibilities Client Handling & Lead Conversion

• Take inbound and outbound calls from potential clients and property owners.

• Explain company services clearly and professionally.

• Convert inquiries into qualified leads and closures.

• Manage escalated client conversations when required.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Assign, monitor, and track daily tasks and lead allocation among team members.

• Guide and support team members to ensure high productivity and performance.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and share feedback with management.

• Train new team members and conduct refresher training sessions as needed.

Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate property inspections with field teams.

• Ensure smooth communication between clients, BD team, and operations.

• Maintain accurate records and track progress in CRM/lead management tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 5–10 years of experience in Business Development/Sales/Customer Handling.

• Prior team leadership or mentoring experience preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and drive team performance.

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.

• Candidates residing within 12 km of Koramangala preferred.

• Salary: upto ₹45,000 CTC per month (based on experience)
