Job Description

You will lead, mentor, and manage a team of student counsellors to ensure their growth and success. This includes creating individual and team development plans with a focus on performance improvement, communication skills, and domain knowledge. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting performance targets, monitoring team metrics such as conversion rates, call quality, and student satisfaction, and conducting regular training and upskilling sessions for the team. In cases of high-priority leads or escalated student cases, you will personally handle them to ensure resolution. Tracking and analyzing counselling metrics will be essential to derive insights and continually improve overall team performance. - 3+ years of experience in managing or leading a counselling/sales team in EdTech. - Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree. The company also offers cell phone reimbursement as a benefit for this full-time position.,
