Role Overview We are hiring a Relationship Management Executive who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for delivering a great customer experience. In this role, you will support tenant onboarding by sharing property information, answering queries, and assisting in scheduling property visits. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, WhatsApp, and in person Share detailed property information and assist in scheduling property visits Follow up with potential tenants and help guide them through the onboarding process Maintain accurate lead records and status updates in CRM systems Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any stream 0–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers are welcome to apply) Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage Preference will be given to candidates residing within 12 km of Koramangala Compensation & Benefits ₹23,000 – ₹25,000/month CTC (based on experience) + performance incentives Health insurance, PF, and company laptop provided Training and career development support How to Apply Fill out the application: bit.ly/3R9g7eA Email your resume to: [email protected] WhatsApp: 96328 19104 Walk-In Interviews Candidates are welcome to walk in between 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM , Monday to Saturday.
