About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Team Lead for our Education Sales Department who can lead from the front, motivate a results-driven team, and drive business growth. If you have a passion for education and leadership, along with the ability to communicate fluently in Gujarati, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of education sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Drive daily sales operations with a focus on improving lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze team performance using KPIs, set targets, and ensure goal achievement.
• Provide training, coaching, and development support to enhance team skills and sales capabilities.
• Manage escalations, resolve issues promptly, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure process compliance, timely reporting, and data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategy with organizational goals.
• Contribute to revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in team handling, preferably in sales or education sector.
• Strong communication skills in Gujarati and English (Gujarati mandatory).
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Target-oriented mindset with proven problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Sales-driven approach with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
