Job Title: HR Team Lead โ€“ Operations (BPO) Location: Bhopal Job Type: Full-time | On-site Department: Human Resources โ€“ BPO Operations Experience: 2โ€“3 years (with minimum 1 years in a team lead role within a BPO) Job Summary: Avyaan Management is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented HR Team Lead โ€“ Operations to manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations for our BPO workforce. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and the ability to lead a team effectively while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead the HR operations team handling onboarding, exit formalities, employee database management, attendance, and leave tracking. Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR documentation, employee letters, background checks, and compliance-related tasks. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compliance, and Business Units for smooth operations support.Manage HRMS/HRIS platforms for workforce data accuracy (e.g., Keka, Darwinbox, etc.). Own the employee life cycle for agents and support staff โ€“ from hiring to separation.Monitor adherence to HR SLAs and operational KPIs.Handle employee queries and grievances related to HR operations in coordination with ER/HRBP teams.Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.Prepare and maintain operational reports such as headcount, attrition, and shift rosters.Support audits, documentation checks, and BCP (Business Continuity Planning) for HR functions.Coach and mentor a team of junior HR executives. Key Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field (MBA in HR preferred). 2โ€“4 years of experience in HR Operations; at least 1 years in a leadership or team lead role in a BPO/ITES setup. Strong understanding of BPO processes, shift-based working, and high-volume hiring support.Hands-on experience with HR systems and tools (Keka, Zoho People, SAP, etc.). Familiarity with labor laws and BPO compliance requirements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
