Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales executives/associates to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop sales strategies and ensure team members are trained to present projects effectively to clients.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement action plans to improve productivity.
• Conduct daily/weekly meetings to align goals, resolve challenges, and track progress.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with marketing and management to plan campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Ensure accurate reporting of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and closures in CRM/trackers.
• Handle escalations and support team members in closing high-value deals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive results.
• Real Estate Experience is must.
• Knowledge of local property market and industry trends is an added advantage.
